Alyson Stoner made her debut with a triple threat role in the Disney Channel, co-hosting Mike's Super Short Show. The show was a hit with the older generations as Missy Elliott Work It's Little Pigtailed Dancer at age seven. Alyson Steinr was born on 11 August 1993, is an American actress and singer. She has played Max in The Suite Life of Zack & Cody and has voiced Isabella Garcia Shapiro and Jenny as Phineas and Ferb. Her roles before that include Sally and Mike's Super Short Show.. And now, she's shared her experience of a 'four-year vegan/plant-based' lifestyle in an Instagram post. Stoner introduced the post by saying she does not tell people what is best for their bodies'. However, she was keen to talk about how ditching animal products had benefited both her physical and mental wellbeing.
