Marilu and Jennifer

Marilu Henner has the energy that teenagers have and the knowledge to become a wise woman. She's the ideal example of today's women who can do everything. She is an actor as well as a health professional and author. Her talk shows host as well as creates the show. Perpetual Motion has no doubt been a major factor in her gaining the title. Marilu's health-focused approach is visible throughout her entire existence. She's a firm believer that good health will allow you to do everything. This wasn't the case before. As she entered her teens the girl began her do a yo-yo diet, and saw her weight increase. Her emotional eating made her be sick and unwell most of the time. Parents who were both aged in their 50s, and experiencing heart attacks and arthritis-related ailments, passed away. The woman realized that she had to take responsibility for her own wellbeing. This wasn't about losing weight but about health and finding a way to live in a way that allowed our bodies were designed to work.
